2016 Bricon Software updates to Club Editor and Speedy Clocks

BRICON have issued software updates for the 2016 season for the Club Master and also the Speedy Clocks - as per NEHU rules these updates must be installed for clocks & Club Masters to be used in the 2016 season. Failure to run the correct software will render the Clock or all Clocks marked by that Club Master (in the case of a Club master not updated) out of order and will result in disqualification.

An update has been issued for the CLUB-MASTER ... version UK-10 update 0x02.

An update has been issued for the SPEEDY clocks ... version 14
