No word till 9, good on site but poor visability in front but improving rapidly
2 UNC wagons bogged down at Worksop so Joe USED HIS INITIATIVE and took the birds to HEMSWELL
WELL DONE THE TEAM.
All birds watered up by 1oclock had 20 baskets down 2 aisles of the wagons which wasn't very pleased about, had to move them outside whilst others were getting watered then they had to be put back inside with troughs on!
We basket for our 1st race of 2023 tonight, It's been a hard Months work to get us here.
Richard Wade has done a great deal to get us here organiseing drivers and helpers and lots of other things
Joe Proffit is now our Chief Convoyer and he has some new drivers/helpers so please be patient tonight, it's a bit of a learning curve.
Give them all the help and support you can and remember, without these lads there will be no racing.
Just like to make thanks on behalf of all the members of the Amal to the Wade trio, Richard, Martin and Russell for the help they have given over the last month preparing the wagons for this weeks race, Without them we would definitely not be racing this week, I can't believe we have actually made it,
