Sat 7.45 rang Stephen and Martin vote was that we were unable to get a race from 100 mile plus so emergency committee was called and it was agreed to go to Wakefield to get a race Stephen was against going but agreed with Wakefield

Following discussions with the emergency committee the vote is 5 to 0 to stay with the programme and race from Billericay

Its with a heavy heart that the members of Burnopfield H.S.have to inform members of the amalgamation that we have lost our long serving secretary this morning after a short illness , he will be missed by friends and members of our club as well as friends in the comunity as he was active in various activities.
