Further to my post yesterday the RPRA published a post late last night on their web site ,I set out below some details from it.
I must point out at this time I have had no notification from the NEHU regarding these details
The statement is based on details in the government 60 page document published yesterday
Individual loft training will be permitted from WEDNESDAY 13th May 2020 ,this does not apply to Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland
Group training ,as we are at stage 1 of the document individuals can meet with 1 member from a different household ,therefore group training of 2 lofts is permitted ,however training in larger groups is NOT PERMITTED
Under no circumstances should fanciers from different lofts travel in the same vehicle
Racing
It is impossible to provide an exact date when racing can resume the best case scenario would be the first weekend in June to achieve that date phase 2 of the government strategy would need to be implemented .if the conditions are satisfied and stage 2 is implemented the following is allowed ,permitted cultural and sporting events to take place behind closed doors while avoiding the risk of large scale social contact
The RPRA have developed a race marking and clock striking protocol that will be refined to take into account latest announcement and published as soon as possible
Clubs and organisations are encouraged to look at race marking venues and if possible share facilities with other clubs
As I pointed out at the start this is taken from the RPRA website I will post any more information when received
