Following a team's meeting today 6th February where all race organisations were present in discussion with Defra representatives on channel racing and latest situation regarding Bird Flu .
It was pointed out that members wishing to fly the channel must have a loft visit by Vet before racing commences their for all NEHU lofts would need loft visit before 7th APRIL 2023.

I think we need to look at the race programme, just a few of MY ideas before the meetings start.
We now use Ackworth for the first race, T/Hall could now be replaced by Worksop, T/Hall cannot be relied upon, we need someone to open the gate.
We now have an alternative point at Newark, the show ground.
We do not need to go to Leicester, we can go to Grantham,
Peterborough is no longer viable, we have to pay for overnight security,
Huntingdon seems OK but its £90 per lib,
Billericay could be replaced by Chelmford
