At the end of last week DEFRA had only received 1700 applications from fanciers in England to register for a CPH number. There is a wave of apathy sweeping our Sport towards the registration process for which there are various reasons. However if you have any thoughts about Channel racing in 2023 and beyond I urge you to register now with DEFRA. They currently have the resources in place to turn round applications quickly but this will change as workload cycles change and in future the process will take much longer.

Following consultations with the WDA Chairman, RPRA, UNC & Thoresby Hall Hotel the only racepoints available on the required dates are:-

This is not to create a conflict but I'm interested in the members opinions for my own personal interests.If we Don,t select to race from France/Belgium what would the members like to have as a race programme(2023 old birds).Distance/race points.Would we like south coast racing and Guernsey again or just racing up to Maidstone?
