Saddened to inform the members of the WDA and his friends further afield of the passing this morning of Keith Raper of Cockerton RPS & the Darlingotn & District Federation..
Top loft for many years in partnership with his brother in law and his Father Dennis they excelled week in week out but were particularly successful from the Channel and Inland Nationals.
Keith fought his illness bravely and thanks to help from Neil Cadman managed to race his old birds up to the very end and won 1st, 3rd & 4th Club from Arras on Wednesday in his final old bird race.
