After discussions with the emergency committee it has been decided that to try and comply with current government regulations regarding gatherings that both Annfield Plain and West Durham as well as Consett will be able to mark at 2 centres. ,Federation secretaries will let clubs know the details the other 6 Federations only have 3 clubs flying in each so they cannot be split.
