Every Club affiliated to the West Durham Amalgamation must notify AHPO of planned gatherings (race marking) and keep the appropriate records to comply with the General License under which we are allowed to race.

Fed Secretaries must notify AHPO of planned centre settings as the individual responsible.

Please include the following information in your email:

date or dates of the gathering
location of gathering (address and postcode)
types and numbers of birds expected
purpose of the gathering - such as show, sale, racing
your name, address and contact number, and an email address and mobile number if you have them
