Important Announcement!!!

Next channel race Roye to be flown Saturday July 8th

We are looking to basket on Thursday 6th of July for Saturday liberation but will confirm once numbers are in. Basketing times will now change to accommodate everyone sending.

Basketing for this race will take place at:

GREENSIDE SOCIAL CLUB,
LEAD ROAD,
GREENSIDE,
TYNE & WEAR
NE40 4SR

This is due to the UNC wagons getting power washed on Thursday resulting in limited space for parking. To comply with health and safety requirements we have agreed marking will be at Greenside Social club.

This also gives those members who have had to travel many miles to basket their birds from the 3 races flown up to now a shorter journey.

Members will still need to bring panniers for the transporter as per normal on day of basketing.

The total number of pigeons you intend to send to Roye need to be into the NEHU office by Thursday 29th June to give us an idea of entry with your full list of ring numbers received by the NEHU office by 09:00 am Monday 3rd of July to allow the paperwork required for the Shipping Agent & UK & French Customs to be prepared in advance for completion and sign off by the Official Vet on Thursday.
