Sat rang Martin ,Alan rang Stephen vote was 3 to 0 to go , discussed with Alan pick up times decided that to pick up 2 hours earlier was better for the birds than 4 hours plus it gave me a chance to have a 7.00 lib

Arrived at yard at 4.00 picked up Crook ,Cockfield and Darlington Feds arriving at Barton at 7.15 ,travelled to site in 4 wagons and 1 trailer arrived on site at 10.30 ,birds watered and opened up by 11.10

Sunday. up at 6.00 full cloud cover and rain clearing by 7.45

Liberated birds at 8.30 in a west north west wind , had to wait till then to fit in between up north combine liberations

Set off back at 9,00 dropping baskets off on way
