The cost of success.
From the highs 29th June from Billericay with 1.2 4.5.7.8.9th in the Fed and 5 other Fed wins in 2019.
To the lowest of the lows on Sunday 30th June. On arrival at allotment at 5.45 am only to find I couldn't get into garden as a chair wedged behind the door. Gained entry only to find the pigeon man's worst nightmare, locks smashed off the racing loft, stock loft and basket shed and doors open.
Fortunately the racers untouched only the stud book for the last 4 years missing. Unfortunately the stock loft was empty apart from 5 babies all 42 Stock birds gone with 2 crates. The stolen birds included 'Lightning Bolt'1st WDA, 'Miss Jackie T Junior' 2nd WDA 2nd Open Queens cup, 'The Good hen 2nd WDA 8th Open Queens cup and multiple club and Fed winners not to mention the multiple club and Fed winners these have bred.
I know the pigeon fraternity will keep their eyes and ears open and support us if they can in catching these criminals. Many thanks in anticipation.
