Racepoint Hemswell
Due to worksop not been available at 12 30 am after a phone call from the unc chief convoyer to say that 2 of there wagons had sunk I decided to take the pigeons to Hemswell as this was the only option available.
Arrived on site 1 20 all birds were watered up by 2oclock buckles on the curtain side wagons were loosen and the shutters were lifted about a foot due to rain on site.
Next morning woke up 6 am weather poor on site decided to review weather at 9 o'clock.
9oclock weather on site good but poor visibility in front of birds
No word till 11oclock problems on line of flight but forecast to improve
11 20 birds were liberated in a light North east wind sunshine blue sky broken cloud birds cleared really well in a North West direction

Doncaster, ferrybridge, Wetherby, ripon,Catterick, Darlington, Bishop Auckland, cockfield, consett, Stanley, Newcastle.
