Thurs 7,45 I rang Martin Wade ,Alan rang Stephen Meadows vote was 3 to 0 for birds to go

6,30 pm arrived at yard set out and picked up Cockfield and West Durham feds back at yard for 8,30 ,baskets sorted into 1 wagon and a trailer left at 9,25 collecting Darlington on way.

While travelling down there was 3 road closures on A1 , arrived at Dover 6,45 ,birds watered ,on ferry for 8,30

On site at 12,30 ,birds watered ,fed at 4,00 ,changed waters at 5,00

Sat ,birds water changed at 6,00 am ,weather good in England ,full cloud cover on site ,very black cloud on horizon looking north

7,45 ,,better at arras ,cloud breaking ,but still dark looking north

9,00 birds liberated ,clearing well ,back to Calais for 11,15 ,on ferry at 7,00 pm back to yard by 4,30 am sun
