Things have to change

Things have to change or jobs going to be knackered.
Hear story's of some of old boys who have stopped racing and some old boys who still are.
they used to train up to 5 miles on the back of a push bike with 12 youngsters and race them and still be left with them at end of season.
Hope all these posts bee put on here are remembered when meetings come around
